Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit via forms or email (name, email, optional phone)
- Inquiry content (consultation interest, portfolio scope notes, message text)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
- Engagement records needed to deliver booked sessions (intake figures, maps, correspondence)
We do not ask for passwords, seed phrases, full card numbers, or government ID through the website form.

- Responding to inquiries and scheduling consultations
- Delivering allocation maps and briefs
- Improving site performance when analytics are consented
- Meeting accounting and legal record requirements
Legal bases
Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong applies, we process data as necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request, to pursue legitimate interests in operating our practice, or with your consent (for optional analytics cookies).
Retention
Inquiry emails and form submissions are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law or a competent authority.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take contractual steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.
Your rights
Subject to the PDPO, you may request access to and correction of your personal data. You may also ask us to erase data we no longer need, or to restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@dev-environments.digital. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
