Who this is for

Principals, treasury leads, and family-office coordinators who already hold a mix of spot assets, stablecoin balances, and cash or near-cash reserves — and need those three sleeves drawn on one page before any rebalancing talk begins.

Result

You leave with a dated allocation map: three labelled sleeves (spot, stablecoin, reserve), the assumptions behind each line, and a short sequence of recommended moves. We do not execute trades, take custody, or issue investment advice for a particular security.

What is included

• Pre-session intake of approximate sleeve sizes and currencies
• Live mapping on paper and whiteboard at our Tsim Sha Tsui desk
• Written allocation diagram delivered within three business days
• One follow-up call (45 minutes) within two weeks to clarify the diagram

What is excluded

Brokerage execution, wallet setup, legal opinions, tax filings, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Those sit outside this consultation.

Process

1. Intake — You send approximate spot, stablecoin, and reserve figures (ranges are fine).
2. Desk session — We redraw the portfolio into three sleeves, stress-test reserve floors, and note where stablecoin float overlaps with true reserves.
3. Map delivery — A clean diagram and notes land in your inbox.
4. Clarifying call — Optional questions on sequence and exclusions.

Preparation

Bring recent statements or a simple spreadsheet of sleeve totals. You do not need exact tick-level positions — banded figures are enough for the first map.

Constraints

Sessions are held in English at One Peking. We work with portfolios that already exist; we do not design speculative strategies from a blank sheet.

Fees

Starting at HKD 18,800 for a standard half-day session. Larger multi-entity maps are quoted after intake. See Fees for related rates.
