Services described
Pages on this site describe informational fee guidance and consultation formats for desktop allocation planning related to spot holdings, stablecoin sleeves, and reserve-balance portfolio mapping. Nothing on the site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to deal in securities, or a solicitation to open a custody account.
Bookings and deposits
Session dates are confirmed when the agreed deposit is received by bank transfer or another method we specify in writing. Deposits and balances are handled off-site; this website does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Allocation maps, briefs, diagrams, and written notes we produce remain our intellectual property until fees for that engagement are paid in full, after which you receive a licence to use them internally for your organisation. You may not resell or republish our materials without written consent. Site content, branding, and design are owned by Dev Environments.
Client materials
Documents you supply for intake remain yours. We use them only to prepare and deliver the agreed consultation and related follow-up.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Dev Environments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from decisions you make after a consultation. Our aggregate liability for a given paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Warranties
The site is provided “as is.” Consultations are delivered with reasonable care and skill; we do not warrant particular financial outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our consultations, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
